Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new image release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
